This afternoon the whole camp participated in C.I.T. Games (games and activities run by our AWESOME counselors in training)! We had castle building, weapons practice, and magic wand creating! After all of the glitter had settled... it was time for a quick swim! Of course, the campers LOVE SWIMMING more than anything! We had a great time hanging by the pool, catching up, and playing games.
After dinner, we were all in for a special treat. Clan Tynker, a family circus, put on an AMAZING show for us! There was juggling, unicycles, stilts, dancing, and magic! We also had a very special "Once Upon A Time" cake that was delivered right to our gym. It was a beautiful asymetrical cake with all kinds of Alice in Wonderland decorations.
We had a wonderful day and now all of the campers and counselors are fast asleep (hopefully!) resting up for another exciting fun-filled day at camp! Check out all of our photos below!
ALSO, we were featured on the news tonight on KOB Channel 4! Check out the great videoclip at
Campers listen to Lead Counselor Jay tell the story about the Giant and Camp E, the Dragon who breathed fire on the stairs of Cabin Spartian, and brought along gremlins to Camp. The campers joined in on a quest to build Shrinky Dinks in Arts & Crafts, Magic Wands and Castles at the CIT Games, Practice their water skills with supersoakers to fight the giant, and then build cakes at Cake Boss.
